Tried setting Sketchup to always run as administrator.Tried giving users administrator rights on their computer and installing under their own account.Issue happens on freshly installed computers. Before they ran Windows 10, now Windows 10 1809. What on could cause Sketchup to take that long to open files? Please throw anything at me that we can try to solve this issue. We have already tried the following things: Change one line and the program freezes for 20 seconds. This problem also happens with saving files, and often with just editing stuff in Sketchup. It takes so long to open files, during which Sketchup freezes completely, that we force-close the program via taskmanager. The files are typically around 70-180 mb in size, but from my testing experience the size doesn’t really matter. It can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes or longer (never?) to open files. Their workstations have MASSIVE issues with opening files from the company network share. NVIDIA Quadro M2000 (currently running the latest certified AutoCAD driver: Quadro Desktop 385.90 64bit )We have 2 users without issues, and 2 who always have issues. They have 2 almost identical HP Z240 workstations running Windows 10 Pro and Sketchup Pro 2019. Our users are going mad about the slowness of Sketchup Pro 2019 on their computers.
